A Player must have completed the ck666 KYC verification process before a withdrawal request can be processed. Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated from Real Money wagers, and winnings generated from Bonus Balance after completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement, are eligible for withdrawal as Real Money Balance. Upon the closure of a ck666 Account, whether initiated by the Player or by ck666: (a) the Player's licence to access the Platform terminates immediately; (b) all Bonus Balances are forfeited; (c) Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player, subject to any deductions permitted under this Agreement; and (d) ck666 retains the right to retain Player data for the period required by its licensing obligations and applicable data protection law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck666's total liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of the Player's net deposits to ck666 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ck666 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for: (a) loss of profits; (b) loss of business, revenue, or income; (c) loss of anticipated savings; (d) loss of or damage to goodwill; (e) indirect or consequential loss; or (f) any loss arising from the Player's reliance on any game outcome, odds information, or promotional material.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes ck666's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
ck666 does not represent or warrant that the Platform will always be available, free from error, or uninterrupted. ck666 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ck666's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, internet service provider failures, or force majeure events.
ck666's collection, use, and retention of Player personal data is governed by the ck666 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at ck666.lol/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
ck666 collects and processes Player personal data for the purposes of: providing and operating the Platform; processing financial transactions; complying with KYC, anti-money laundering, and licensing obligations; and improving Platform performance. ck666 will not sell Player personal data to third parties, and will only share it with third-party service providers where necessary for the operation of the Platform and subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
